About Us
Gulf Hydrographic & Coastal Consulting LLC is owned by Eddie R. Fisher. Eddie has worked in the marine business in Texas for 50 years. Prior to starting GHCC, Eddie worked for both small and large dredging companies and also for the State of Texas at the Texas General Land Office where he managed coastal projects and permitting for 10 years.
Eddie is a fourth generation native of coastal Texas, born in Port Lavaca, Texas. His experience and contacts with governmental personnel, coastal engineers and marine contractors offers complete service from conception to project completion. USACE Permitting
